Didn't see any OBD 2 software on Pirate Bay and the free OBD II software is outdated. So for you people that need to fix your car, find out if a mechanic is ripping you off, or pass emissions testing here's OBD2 software for ELM interfaces.

@micnor14 I haven't had any spoof readings and I've been using this for more than a year. Some people have told me they had problems. The only working solution for 99% of the people was to set their clock to the year 2002. If this works search of runasdate and download that so you can click to set and unset the clock. This was all tested and done by the people having problems and worked.

I'm glad it works for those versions, I put the version inside the torrent just in case the patch does not work on the newer versions. Thanks for the feedback.
I got it installed successfully. For those of you who have larger text enabled, put it back to small for the crack to work (you can't see the crack button otherwise). Here is the problem I am having.
It doesn't work correctly. It's not just me, I had 3 people try it with different cars and different USB devices. It seems to read trouble codes correctly, but the live data (RPM, Speed, Fuel trims, etc) went crazy and all over the place. For instance with the car off the RPM will go to crazy values. Same thing with it on. OBDwiz doesn't do this, nor does Dash Command (with a different module). Using the version contained in the torrent.
@urmaj I've tested this on an ELM 327 interface so I don't know if it will work with that cable in the link you provided. Any generic elm327 interface should work, search amazon there's tons for cheap. Make sure to check the reviews. @breeves2 it seems that a few people are having this problem.
I personally I have no problem with the live data, I use the DashXl guages and with live recording and everything is on par. Try following the steps I posted above with setting your clock backwards. @gsallor your anti-virus is probably auto deleting the file. View my previous post about anti-viruses and it will have the solution there.
